Booking

How to book a room?˅
You can book a room on our website, by phone +998 (71) 205-5-205 or via Telegram. 100% prepayment is required.
Can I cancel or change my booking?˅
Cancellation and refund are carried out according to the resort's internal rules. Date changes are possible subject to room availability. Contact the booking department for details.
What documents are needed for check-in?˅
A passport is required at check-in. For guests under 16 — a birth certificate. This is a requirement of the Republic of Uzbekistan legislation.
What are check-in and check-out times?˅
Check-in: 14:00, Check-out: 12:00. Early check-in (07:00–14:00) — 50% of the daily rate. Late check-out (12:00–18:00) — 50%, after 18:00 — 100%.

Getting There & Transfer

How to get to the resort?˅
The resort is located in Chimgan, approximately 1 hour 40 minutes by car from central Tashkent. GPS coordinates: 41.537344, 70.020589.
Is there a transfer from the resort?˅
Transfer is available on request. Contact us for details and pricing.
Is there parking?˅
Yes, free parking on site. Electric vehicle charging is also free. The management is not responsible for items left in vehicles.

Accommodation

Can I come with children?˅
Yes, we welcome families with children. 1 child under 6 stays free on existing beds (with breakfast). A crib is provided free of charge upon availability.
Can I bring pets?˅
Unfortunately, pets are not allowed on the resort grounds.
Is breakfast included?˅
Breakfast (buffet) is included in the room rate and is served from 08:00 to 10:30. The format may change during low occupancy.
Is there Wi-Fi in the rooms?˅
Yes, free Wi-Fi is available in all rooms and public areas.

Services & SPA

What's included in the room rate?˅
Breakfast, pools (indoor — year-round, outdoor — May–October), sauna, hammam, gym, table tennis, playground, PlayStation and cinema room.
When does the SPA work?˅
The SPA zone (pools, sauna, hammam) operates from 09:00 to 21:00. Hours may vary by season.
Do I need to book a massage?˅
Yes, massage is by appointment. The service is paid. Contact the reception to book.
When does the restaurant work?˅
Breakfast: 08:00–10:30. À la carte: 12:00–23:00. Room Service is available from 12:00 to 23:00 with a 20% service charge.

Weather & Preparation

What's the weather in the mountains?˅
The weather in Chimgan differs from Tashkent. In summer it's comfortable and fresh, in winter there may be snow. We recommend checking the forecast before your trip.
What should I bring?˅
Comfortable shoes, a warm layer for the evening (even in summer), swimwear for the SPA, documents (passport or birth certificate for children).
When does the outdoor pool work?˅
The outdoor pool operates seasonally: from May to October.

Rules

Can I smoke in the rooms?˅
Smoking in rooms is prohibited. Smoking is allowed only on balconies.
Can I bring my own food and alcohol?˅
Bringing your own food and alcohol is prohibited. The restaurant and bar offer a wide selection of dishes and drinks.
Until what time can I have visitors?˅
Visits to guests are allowed until 21:00. Visitors must register at reception.
