The resort operates 24/7
Check-in requires a valid passport; guests under 16 must present a birth certificate
Accommodation is provided only upon 100% prepayment

Check-in: 2:00 PM
Check-out: 12:00 PM
7:00 AM – 2:00 PM — early check-in, 50% of daily rate
12:00 PM – 6:00 PM — late check-out, 50%
After 6:00 PM — 100% of daily rate
No refund for unused nights in case of early departure
Accommodation Rules
Number of guests must not exceed available beds
Extra bed — additional charge
1 child under 6 — free on existing beds (with breakfast)
Baby cot — free (subject to availability)
Pets are not allowed
Cleaning & Linen
Daily cleaning included
Towel change — daily
Bed linen change — every 3 days
Extra cleaning, laundry and ironing — additional charge

Breakfast: 8:00–10:30 AM (buffet)*
À la carte: 12:00 PM – 11:00 PM
* Breakfast format may vary during low occupancy
Outside food and alcohol are not permitted
Room Service: 12:00 PM – 11:00 PM, 20% service charge
Minibar is not included in the room rate
Dress Code
Swimwear is not permitted in the restaurant and lobby
SPA & Wellness
Operating hours: 9:00 AM – 9:00 PM
Swimwear required for entry

Visitor Policy
Visitors may stay until 9:00 PM
All visitors must register at the reception
Unregistered overnight stays are prohibited by Uzbekistan law

The pine forest is a protected zone
Bonfires, fireworks, littering, and plant collection are prohibited
Management Rights
Management reserves the right to refuse accommodation to guests without valid ID
Guests who disturb public order
Guests under the influence of alcohol or drugs
Rule violations may result in eviction without refund
